Shipping & White-Glove Delivery Policy

At Astitva Living, we handle every piece of furniture with absolute care, ensuring it travels safely from our workshop to your room of choice.

Delivery Lead Times

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days to major metros (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune).
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Handcrafted to order. These require 2 to 3 weeks of seasoning and construction prior to dispatch.

Transit Damage & Inspections

Because wood and cane are organic and delicate, we request that you inspect the item thoroughly at the time of delivery.

• In the rare event of transit damage, please report it to the delivery personnel immediately and email us photos at support@astitvaliving.com within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
