Welcome to Astitva Living (astitvaliving.com). By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Natural Variance & Craftsmanship

Every Astitva Living product is handmade and features natural timber. As wood is a living material, variations in grain, color, knots, and textures are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. Similarly, hand-woven cane may exhibit slight color differences and minor fiber irregularities, celebrating its artisanal origin.

2. Custom Orders & Cancellations

• Standard orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
• Custom/bespoke orders enter production immediately after design approval and cannot be cancelled or refunded once crafting has commenced.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing or correct errors without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Astitva Living and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
